weaning sucks
Weaning is hard! I have stopped nursing Josey during the day. She now only nurses at night and first thing in the morning. This has been hard for us both. She is mad about not getting to nurse during the day anymore. I, of course, feel horrible for making her be upset. Being a mom is certainly not easy.

We've stopped night nursing and it's been great for me...Aubrey got used to it! Now we nurse in the morning if we can and then in the evening. If she's anything like Charlie around 13 months she won't have time for me any more. I'd like for her to nurse longer, but it's up to her. I'm still pumping during the day, but girl is it getting old! Probably after xmas I won't have to anymore.
ReplyDeleteI really think you should do what you want..don't let anyone or anything tell you differently! I know plenty of people who have nursed for 2 plus years! Enjoy while you can... it's sad when its gone!
